This post is perhaps overdue, but I believe better late than never:
Tucson Technical Support is officially closed for business (as of 2011). Yes, I was in denial for a short time. It took me a while to get used to having my nights and weekends free. To having only one cell phone. To leaving my cell phone at home during vacations. To relaxing on vacations.
But I’ve grown to accept it — looking back over the brief history of the business, TTS remains a positive experience for me as much as it ever was for my customers. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting every one of my customers and helping them through various technological challenges, often sharing a laugh in the process.
So thanks, Tucson. I don’t regret a minute of starting or stopping this business, and I hope you don’t either. I believe we are both better for it, and I know that you’re now an indispensable part of my story.
